1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the following countries:

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for all orders are fully covered by us—you are not required to pay any delivery fees.
3. Carriers
The specific carrier will be determined by us based on the order destination, package weight, and actual logistics conditions. Please rest assured that the selected carriers will provide the same level of service quality.
4. Processing & Delivery Time

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after order confirmation.
- Delivery Time: After dispatch, delivery typically takes an additional 7–30 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.
- Important Notes:
- Business days are Monday through Friday China time, excluding weekends and Chinese public holidays.
- Please understand that the delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may be extended due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, flight delays, and local delivery efficiency. We shall not be liable for any compensation for deliveries beyond the estimated timeframe, nor do we accept returns or refund requests arising from such delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment via the carrier’s website. If you don’t receive that, please contact us via customerservice@immi-fashion.com.
6. Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been successfully submitted, we are unable to modify the shipping address. We shall not assume any responsibility for undeliverable, delayed, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate recipient information, nor for any additional shipping costs, customs fees, or other expenses incurred as a result.
7. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been submitted and payment has been successfully processed, it is considered a confirmed purchase and we are UNABLE to cancel it. If you no longer want the item, please apply for a return in accordance with our Return Policy after receiving your order. All returns are subject to the eligibility requirements set forth in our policy, and refunds will be issued only after the returned items have passed inspection
8. Refusal & Abandoned Shipment Policy
If you, without valid justification, refuse to accept the delivery, or abandon the shipment due to reasons attributable to yourself, or fail to cooperate with customs clearance within ten (10) business days following receipt of our or the carrier’s notice requiring such cooperation, thereby resulting in the return or destruction of the package, any return shipping costs, storage charges, customs duties, and other reasonable expenses incurred as a result thereof shall be deducted from any refunds otherwise due to you. In the event that the losses sustained exceed the total order amount, we reserve the right to claim the shortfall from you.
9. Policy for Temporarily Out-of-Stock Items
In the event that an item becomes temporarily out of stock or unavailable, we shall notify you via email, and you shall have the right to choose either of the following options:
(1) wait for restocking, in which case we will give priority to shipping your order upon replenishment; or
(2) cancel the order and receive a full refund.
If you fail to respond with your selection within seven (7) calendar days of our notification, you shall be deemed to have agreed to wait for restocking. Should the restocking period exceed thirty (30) business days, we will proactively process a full refund on your behalf.
