    SIZE GUIDE

    1. What size should I order?

    Please refer to our size chart. The products are all taken from real samples.  There will be some color difference in the pictures due to the shooting light and display resolution, but it will not affect the overall quality. You can buy with confidence.

    2. If my size was sold out, what can I do?

    If your size is sold out, please contact customerservice@immi-fashion.com and we will assist you. Our products are replenished from time to time, and the specific replenishment time is unknown. We recommend that you subscribe to us so that you can get last news.

    ORDER & TRACKING

    1. How do I check my order?

    After your payment is successful, you will receive a new order notification email, which contains your order number, purchased product list, and shipping address.

    When your package is shipped, you will receive a new email that contains your shipping number. Or you can log in to your account to view tracking and shipping status. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the courier to update the delivery information.

    2. If I haven't received my order confirmation email what should I do?

    Please check the spam folder of your email, if not, please contact us.

    3. If I receive defective or incorrect items, what should I do?

    If you receive garments with quality defects or wrong items, please submit relevant supporting materials thru RETURN PAGE or contact us thru email.

    4. How do I cancel my order?

    Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled. for unshipped items, please contact us and provide the order number, we will be happy to help you.

    6. I found my item which is on sale now, will you refund the price difference?
