1. What size should I order?

Please refer to our size chart. The products are all taken from real samples.  There will be some color difference in the pictures due to the shooting light and display resolution, but it will not affect the overall quality. You can buy with confidence.

2. If my size was sold out, what can I do?

If your size is sold out, please contact customersupport@immi-official.com and we will assist you. Our products are replenished from time to time, and the specific replenishment time is unknown. We recommend that you subscribe to us so that you can get last news.

SHIPPIN POLICY

1. When will my order be shipped?

We will start shipping in 48 hours after your payment is successful. Pre-sale items are shipped within 30 days of payment.

2. Which logistics company will deliver my package?

We use DHL.

3. How much does it cost to deliver to my country?

When your order totals $800 or more, you can get free shipping. Please refer to the shipping fee table below for other details.

4. How long does it ship to my country?

Shipping to Europe, Australia and North America takes 5-12 days, shipping to Asia takes 3-8 days, and other regions 8-30 days.

5. What should I do if my package was rejected or returned?

If you find that your package delivery is abnormal, please contact us in time and we will be happy to help you.

6. The shipping status hasn't been updates, what should I do?

Please make sure you enter the correct tracking number and please contact us if you have any questions.

7. What can I do if my oreder has the wrong address?

If you find that your shipping address is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible and send the correct shipping address to customersupport@immi-official.com

8. Why Is It not shipped yet?

  • Check if your order is paid successfully and the status of the successful order is ‘processing’.
  • You will be notified by email when your order was shipped.
  • If your order has not been shipped for more than 7 days, please contact customer service.

RETURN POLICY

1. What can I do if I need exchange or return?

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. You have 14 days from the time the package arrives at your address to submit a return or exchange request. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy page.

2. I need to return the item, do I have to ensure that the product is in perfect condition?

Yes. Returns and exchanges must ensure that the goods are in good condition.

As long as the product’s tags and anti-tampering buckles are intact, there is no odor after wearing and washing, and it does not affect secondary sales, we support 14 days of no-reason returns and exchanges.

Please try not to wear makeup or spray perfume when trying on items to avoid the product being stained with powder stains and odors, which may affect your after-sales rights. If the clothing has stains or wear marks that affect secondary sales, returns cannot be made.

When trying on shoes, it is recommended that you place cardboard or paper on the floor to avoid being affected by product stains, indentations, etc.

3. Will the shipping cost be refunded to me when I return the item?

Shipping charges are non-refundable. The refund you receive is the amount after deducting the shipping charges.

4. How long will I receive the refund?

5. If I didn't receive the refund what should I do?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank card company. It may take some time for the bank to process the refund.

1. How do I check my order?

After your payment is successful, you will receive a new order notification email, which contains your order number, purchased product list, and shipping address.

When your package is shipped, you will receive a new email that contains your shipping number. Or you can log in to your account to view tracking and shipping status. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the courier to update the delivery information.
